    Package Track is the perfect software solution for a company looking to track and account for their internal mail delivery. Combining powerful handheld software that supports the Pocket PC platform, with an intuitive PC client application, IntelliTrack Package Track provides the optimal solution for taking control of intra-office package delivery. A user friendly application, Package Track connects to a Microsoft Access database and requires a minimal level of computer user knowledge.

    Packages that are delivered by FedEx, UPS, and any other carriers are easily received into the system using automatic data capture and bar code technology. Package(s) are then delivered to the recipient, scanned, and a signature is collected on the handheld verifying delivery of the package(s).

    Package Track features include

  • Generate real-time reports for internal package tracking
  • Records time and date stamps for receipt and delivery of packages
  • Captures eletronic signatures when packages are delivered
  • Custom template e-mails are automatically generated when packages are received in the mail room. The e-mail alerts the recipient that the package(s) will be delivered soon or that they need to pick them up.
